Casa JB

Contemporary residence located in the quarry landscape of Unquillo, designed around the integration of natural stone outcrops into the domestic experience. The project is organized into three equally important sectors — private, public, and semi-covered — connected through a spatial composition that follows the terrain and frames distant mountain views. Brick bearing walls, a sloped timber roof, and controlled natural light reinforce the relationship between architecture, landscape, and material permanence.
