Hayden Building — Rehabilitation and Mixed Use

Hayden Building — Rehabilitation and Mixed Use

Adaptive rehabilitation of a historic building from 1875, previously occupied by commercial uses and subsequently abandoned after a fire, which now houses multi-family housing and retail. The project faced significant structural challenges, including masonry restoration, reconstruction of floor and roof systems, and reconfiguration of emergency exits, balancing heritage preservation with contemporary solutions to enable a new urban use.
