This house renovation project aimed to place the main living space, linked to a patio, at the lower part of the plot. This provided maximum privacy and optimal sun exposure for these elements of the program. The second strategy was to give the access corridor and living room a unique character through a curved form. This created a fluid, open, flowing space that brings dynamism and sensuality to a normally residual, linear, and monotonous area. This passageway is perceived differently depending on the route taken. The floor-to-ceiling doors expand the visual field and dissolve this space into the bedrooms.
